We are excited to announce the opening of two new Aftercare Services in separate Dublin locations. We are building a dedicated team of core staff members who will work consistently across both units and play a key role in shaping these new services from the ground up.

While the services are being finalised, our sister branch of the company, a healthcare agency will provide staff with flexible rostered work across a variety of services throughout the Dublin region. This means successful candidates can avail of full-time or part-time hours on a choose-to-work basis until all training and inductions are complete and the new Aftercare Services officially open.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a developing service, contribute to a supportive team culture, and gain broad experience across multiple care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide residential aftercare support to young adults with complex needs who are transitioning from children’s residential services.
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals supported.
- Deliver personal care in a respectful and person-centred manner.
- Support individuals who may present with challenging behaviours, using positive behaviour support approaches.
- Complete professional report writing, including daily logs, incident reports, and - care documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
- Promote independence, life skills, community involvement, and social inclusion for young adults preparing for independent living.

Requirements:
- Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field
- CORU registered or in the process of registering
- Previous experience in social care or a similar support role (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to manage complex needs and respond appropriately in fast-paced or challenging situations.
- Confidence in delivering personal care.
- Understanding of challenging behaviour and positive support strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear and accurate report writing.
- A compassionate, patient and person-centred approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Desirable Experience:
- Full clean driving license.
- Experience in team leading or taking on leadership responsibilities within a care environment.
- Supporting young adults with Autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs.
- Experience working with individuals affected by addiction.
- Working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person-centred support.
- Familiarity with behaviour management plans and tailored support strategies.
