The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee and manage the company’s operations with a primary focus on indoor and outdoor tiles, wood flooring, and bathroom products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all commercial and operational activities, ensuring smooth business performance, and driving growth across both domestic and international markets.
Key responsibilities include managing sales and business development initiatives, strengthening partnerships with wholesalers, contractors, and distributors, and maintaining efficient supply chain operations. The role also involves engaging with international suppliers to support product imports, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership, and commercial skills, capable of improving financial performance and implementing operational efficiencies to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
		Lead and oversee day-to-day commercial and operational activities across all product categories.
		Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand the business-to-business network.
		Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiencies.
		Coordinate imports and logistics with international suppliers to maintain consistent stock levels.
		Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement measures.
		Ensure operational compliance, timely order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
		Lead, train, and motivate the operations and sales team to achieve company goals.
Key Requirements
		Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field.
		Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction, tile, or flooring industry.
		Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients and suppliers.
		Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and commercial operations.
		Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
		Experience in supply chain and logistics management is an advantage.
		Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
