Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Support patients with mobility and transfers. 
Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Assist with basic clinical tasks supervision 
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Follow individual care plans and organisational policies
Adhere to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation
