Job description: Join Trinity Marketing, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing field sales teams. We work with leading national charities and run face-to-face sales campaigns across Dublin. What You Will Do: Engage with customers door-to-door and at events Present well-known charity brands Deliver confident face-to-face sales pitches Hit daily/weekly sales targets Work closely with your team and attend coaching sessions What We Offer: Base salary of €600/week (first 4 weeks) Base salary of €700/week once training is completed Uncapped commission + bonuses Fuel/Public transport allowance: €60/week OTE: €45,000–€50,000+ per year 28 days paid holidays Paid training + career progression What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in customer facing roles Confident, outgoing communicators Sales-driven, motivated, resilient Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people Eligible to work in Ireland
