Dynamic Sales Force Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations in Ireland. The role involves overseeing sales teams, driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and maintaining key client relationships.

Duties include:

Leading and managing sales teams

Developing and implementing sales strategies

Achieving and exceeding sales targets

Coaching and mentoring sales staff

Monitoring performance and preparing reports

Requirements:

Proven senior-level sales management experience

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience in dynamic sales environments

Working proficiency in at least one additional language such as Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, or Pashto.
Additional language skills are required to support communication with a diverse customer base.
