Kilgobbin Castel Holdings T/A Insulex requires multiple Carpenters for their premises at Kilgobbin Castle, Kilgobbin, Ballinadee, Co. Cork Ireland.

The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities 

Window and Door Installation: Removal and fitting of uPVC windows and doors, Removal and fitting of composite doors, Fitting of Velux windows. 
 Roofing and Ventilation: Fitting of roof vents, Installation of fascia, soffit, and downpipes (including removal of existing), and Boxing of Ventilation pipes. 
Internal Works: Creating stud work and fitting internal insulation, Fitting windowboards, Cutting and fitting internal doors. 
Other: Performing other related carpentry works as required.

Requirements 
Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter, with a strong background in residential construction. Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and building regulations. 
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. 
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. 
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
A valid driver's licence essential.
Applicants must have a good command of the English language.
