Business adviser required to work at Dannervale Limited t/a Dockers Pub located at 5 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, D02 P3C6. Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar business development, management consulting or business analysis role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage sector. Duties are: assessing the functions, objectives and operational requirements of the pub; identifying issues and opportunities related to business strategy, market positioning, customer engagement, pricing and profitability; collecting, analysing and interpreting financial and operational data including sales performance, costs and supplier management; formulating and implementing recommendations to improve business performance, increase revenue and support sustainable growth; advising management on business development initiatives, promotions, events, partnerships and operational improvements tailored to the local market; and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented strategies through performance indicators and reporting.
