Retail Manager required to work at Declan McGonagle t/a PramCare, Red Car Park, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Road, Dublin 16. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. The duties will be to: Liaising with staff to provide customers with up-to-date information on merchandise, special promotions, and available services; Ensuring adequate stock levels, making sure that replenishment is carried out efficiently and that all inventory management procedures are properly followed; Handling customer complaints and enquiries, providing professional and effective service regarding sales and store operations; Overseeing the maintenance of financial and operational records, as well as ensuring compliance with security procedures throughout the premises; Authorising payment for supplies received and determining selling prices, discount rates, and credit terms in line with business policies; Examining the quality of merchandise and ensuring that advertising and display strategies are used effectively to enhance customer experience and maximise sales. Salary: €34,000 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
