We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering and Soft Services.

As a Business Manager, you'll:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong communication, engagement, and effective performance management.
Manage all financial aspects of catering and facilities operations, including budgets, payroll, cost control, and achievement of agreed financial targets.
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing Sodexo at client meetings and ensuring service excellence in line with SLAs and KPIs.

What we're looking for:
Strong leadership and people management capability, with excellent communication and front-of-house skills.
Relevant qualification such as HND or equivalent, with a solid understanding of catering and facilities operations.
2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within catering, facilities, or a similar service-led environment.
A commercially minded, proactive professional with strong financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.
