We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and well-maintained operation of multiple hospitality venues. This role plays a key part in ensuring our guests and teams experience a high-quality, comfortable, and safe environment across all sites.
You will be responsible for performing routine and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing inspections, and supporting renovation or upgrade projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance across all venues.
Complete repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance (within competence and safety guidelines).
Respond promptly to maintenance requests submitted by venue managers.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (kitchen equipment, lighting, pumps, refrigeration, etc.).
Carry out minor decoration and refurbishment work including painting, patching, sealing, and basic joinery.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all venues comply with health & safety standards and relevant regulations.
Conduct safety checks on emergency lighting, fire doors, alarms, and other critical systems.
Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and asset records.
Report hazards, defects, and equipment failures immediately.

Facilities Support

Assist with venue openings, refurbishments, fit-outs, and equipment installations.
Liaise with external contractors and service providers, ensuring high standards of work.
Monitor inventories of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

Customer Service

Work collaboratively with venue managers and staff to minimise operational disruption.
Maintain a professional, helpful, and service-oriented approach at all times.
Support emergency situations (e.g., leaks, power issues) with urgency and calm professionalism.


Skills & Experience Required
Essential

Experience in a maintenance, facilities, or property care role—preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices.
Ability to diagnose issues and resolve them efficiently.
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload across multiple sites.
Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel between venues.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desirable

Certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building maintenance.
Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment or refrigeration.
