About the Role:
Structive Civil Engineering Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Solar Panel Installation Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the renewable energy sector with a well-established and forward-thinking company.

Main Responsibilities:
Install photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems on farms / rural areas
Assemble and mount panels, racking, and other structural components
Ensure systems are installed to industry standards and manufacturer specifications
Work safely at heights and follow all relevant health and safety regulations
Collaborate with electricians and other team members during installation
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Assist with site preparation and clean-up
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
Full, clean driving licence (preferred)

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with solar panel installation or renewable energy systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and time management skills
