Job Description
Aesthetics Beauty&Care Dublin By Santos Limited is seeking a Business Sales Executive / Portuguese Speaker to work on the company’s commercial development and market positioning, with a particular focus on the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse market needs and customer profiles interested in services and packages aimed at the Brazilian market;
Support the definition of service packages, pricing structures and commercial terms based on market analysis;
Carry out follow-up contacts to collect feedback and identify market development opportunities;
Monitor trends in the beauty and wellness sector and suggest improvements to the services offered;
Maintain organised records of commercial activities and market data;
Discuss business methods, services and target groups with the employer, contributing to marketing and market expansion strategies.

Requirements
Previous experience in marketing, market analysis or campaign development;
Knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis and consumer trends;
Ability to work with metrics, reports and strategic planning;
Native Portuguese.

Salary: €36,605 per annum - €18,05 per hour
Working hours: 39 hours
Start date: 23/03/2026
