The candidate must be an experience Head Chef (Chinese Cuisine) or in similar capacity. The candidate will need to have at least 5 Years experience as chef. The candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation, menu creation. meals preparation and cooking, stock controls and hygeine management. Knowledge on Chinese and Asian cuisines will be advantageous. The candidate will be require to work on 39 hours a week shift at the company's premise located 81 Main Street, Bray, County Wicklow A98 C5D8
