Pay: €36,000.00 - €40,000.00 per year Job description: Warehouse & Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to company procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts Operate warehouse equipment (pallet trucks) Product Procurement Source and purchase products from approved suppliers Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and compare vendor options Create and manage purchase orders Track delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics providers Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records IT & Software Responsibilities Use and update company Inventory systems Maintain digital inventory accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies Generate reports (inventory, procurement, order status, stock levels) Assist with implementing or optimizing warehouse software tools Support basic IT tasks: barcode scanners, printers, labelling systems, and workflow automation Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or procurement (both preferred) Strong IT skills, Network and Audio Visual experience Good analytical and data-entry accuracy Ability to lift and move goods safely Full clean Irish Driving Licence Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Job Type: Full-time Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
