Marketing Executive Swampside Limited, trading as The Tolka House Gastropub, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to work at 9A Glasnevin Hill, Dublin 9. We are a dynamic hospitality business seeking a highly skilled professional to lead strategic marketing initiatives, support business growth, and manage brand development. Role Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for analysing customer needs, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing and business development strategies in line with the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate customer feedback and market conditions. Compile sales figures, prepare marketing proposals, and produce performance reports. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales and management teams. Plan and manage online and offline advertising and promotional campaigns. Requirements Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing strategy, business development, reporting, and team coordination. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience or demonstrable understanding of the hospitality industry, including customer engagement and service standards.
