Self catering guest house in the Edgeworthstown area, currently seeking a Porter/Facilities person, on a ZERO HOUR CONTRACT. The hours are not guaranteed, but could equate to up to 24 hours per week or more. This is considered a temporary, part-time position. 

The ideal candidate will be required to perform the following duties: 
Perform Security Walkthroughs
Monitor CCTV
Reporting of All Maintenance Requests
Handle Routine Maintenance Repairs
Conduct Periodic Fire Drills
Overall Facility Management
Act as Point of Contact for Guests 
Assist with Cleaning Duties as Per an Existing Rota
Ensure Bins are Ready for Collection
Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:
Must have a PPSN
At least 2 years prior experience preferred
Must be able to supply at least 2 references
Must be a team player who works well with others
Own transport needed, living locally preferred.
This will be based on a Rostered Schedule, and this role will act as the cover person for our full time staff who currently work 12 hour shifts consisting of both days and nights on rotation. You may have little notice when you will be called in to work and will be expected to work both day and night shifts as needed. Cover including, but not limited to: sick leave, annual leave, and bank holiday time in lieu. 

This role pays €15.00 per hour, and the ideal candidate may be asked to start immediately.
