We value your growth - education is important to us Employee Assistance Programme (6 free therapy sessions per year) Loyalty rewards & employee referral bonus Staff appreciation programme Service milestone celebrations Regular social events & team-building nights Annual team retreats of team-building events to foster camaraderie Enhanced benefits: Bike to Work & Travel Tax Saver schemes A positive, team-based working culture with support systems in place What We’re Looking For: Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and toilets • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities • Follow HACCP Guidelines • Empty bins daily • To keep the building in a clean and orderly condition • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Person Specification: • Proven working experience as a cleaner • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Honest and reliability • Ability to work as part of a team • Ability to work on own initiative • Warm welcoming and approachable manner, also with young children
