Skeffington Arms Limited t/a Skeffington Arms Hotel, Eyre Square, Galway, H91 CFX5 is seeking a Sous Chef for our restaurant. The chef must have at least two years experience in preparing and cooking quality cuisine and must also have experience in managing staff and ordering stock. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and capable of producing high quality food in a busy environment and managing and developing fellow team members.
