Our Client Hotel Minella Limited, located at Clonmell, Country Tipperary is currently hiring 3 experienced catering manager. The successful candidates will have proven experience in a Catering Manager or Supervisor role, with a strong background in event planning, food service operations, and catering logistics. Excellent leadership, organisational, and staff management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and service standards. This is a full-time position offering 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €34,000-€38,000.
