We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Operative to support a range of construction activities on site. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople, carry out general labouring duties, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a construction or labouring role is desirable but not essential Ability to carry out physical work, including lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in all weather conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and site procedures Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and a commitment to safe working practices Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Good timekeeping, reliability, and a positive work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required Relevant construction certifications (e.g. CSCS card) are advantageous The role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to support various site operations and contribute to a productive, safe working environment.
