Benefits

Competitive salary: €14.15 – €16.00 per hour (depending on experience and location).
Permanent contract.
€1,000 relocation bonus (after 12 months of employment).

Role Responsibilities. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well‑being of residents. You will work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person‑centred care and encourage independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding).
Supporting mobility and providing emotional companionship.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a safe environment.

Requirements

Nursing Assistant qualification (Auxiliar de Enfermería/TCAE) or professional experience in the sector.
Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
EU nationality (50/50 Rule: Irish regulations require that at least 50% of staff in nursing homes must be EU citizens).
Strong communication skills, empathy and teamwork abilities.
