Business Development Manager required to work at Dargle Restaurants Limited, based at Dargle Cottage, Cookstown, Enniskerry, Ireland. The candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Duties will include Works closely with senior management to determine the range of food and beverage products and services offered, contributing to the development of sales strategies and the setting of sales targets. Discusses the company’s business requirements, conducts market analysis and evaluates customer responses to menus, pricing, promotions and packaging. Compiles and analyses sales performance data, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and carries out market research to identify growth opportunities. Manages and oversees key customer and corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Recruits, trains and supervises junior sales and marketing staff, ensuring performance standards and service quality are maintained. Produces detailed reports and strategic recommendations on marketing and sales performance for senior management. Keeps fully up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in the restaurant and hospitality market. Salary: €40,000 per annum. Hours: 40 per week. Apply to john@pipizzas.ie.
