RoofNStop Ltd, located at Unit 20, Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate, Ballyfermot Road Dublin 10, Dublin a prominent supplier of roofing materials and supplies across Ireland, offering both online and in-store services with a focus on quality brands at competitive prices. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and oversee warehouse and stock operations across our facilities. We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Manager to lead material handling, stock management, and team operations in our stores. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train and develop the warehouse team, ensuring high performance, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to company policies. Oversee the operation of specialised machinery (such as forklifts) for safe loading, unloading, and handling of roofing and construction materials. Manage stock control systems, including accurate recording of incoming/outgoing goods, inventory levels, and stock rotation to minimise waste and shortages. Coordinate with store managers, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimise stock availability, delivery schedules, and overall warehouse efficiency. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards, and to identify areas for process improvement. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in warehouse supervision, stock management, or logistics operations (experience in construction/retail materials an advantage). Valid certification for operating forklifts (essential; additional machinery certification preferred). Strong knowledge of stock control systems, warehouse management software, and inventory best practices. Excellent leadership, team management, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
