We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and precision. Key Responsibilities Perform welding operations using techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding Inspect welded joints to ensure structural integrity and quality standards Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper working condition Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and adherence to OSHA or local safety regulations Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to meet project requirements Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Document work completed and report any defects or issues Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role Proficiency in one or more welding methods. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of metals, welding techniques, and safety practices Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
