We offer an extremely fun role, an exciting and unusual workplace, and the opportunity to develop, flourish, and make a real impact in a small business.

We are looking for an outgoing and cheerful person with high flexibility. Working hours depend on bookings, so this is not a typical 9-to-5 job and availability at different times of the day, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in an escape room or have been involved in building or designing escape rooms.

Technical skills are required. Candidates must have practical experience in technical maintenance, repairs, or construction-related tasks. This includes troubleshooting interactive mechanisms, performing minor mechanical or electronic repairs, and supporting the technical upkeep and development of escape room systems, props, and sets. Basic artistic and creative skills are also required. Experience in a role involving people management or project responsibility is required. This may include supervising staff, leading shifts, coordinating schedules and managing tasks across a team.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting guests and providing safety briefings
Acting as a Game Master (guiding players, providing hints, monitoring games)
Resetting rooms between sessions
Helping to maintain escape rooms in good condition, including small repairs and general upkeep
Supporting creative work and helping with designing and building new games
Assisting with scheduling and day-to-day company operations
Above all, ensuring that our guests have an amazing experience every time they visit
What we’re looking for:

As a small company, there is always something to do, so we highly value versatility, initiative, and a hands-on attitude.

Any additional skills are a big advantage:

Interested in social media and would like to help with content or promotion? Great!
Have analytical or organisational skills and can support daily operations? Amazing!
A hobbyist electrician, DIY enthusiast, or maker who wants to help build and improve escape rooms? We’d love that!
If you are talkative, creative, reliable, and a true escape room enthusiast, we’d love to meet you.

If you want to meet us too, get in touch!

We are looking for interesting personalities, not just CVs. Please include a few words about yourself - this is the most important part of your application for us!
