Our company is focused on providing 5-star Removals & Cleaning Services. We are based at Co. Cork and we looking for a Quality control officer  to assist with the logistics of the hand-over projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that every phase of our operations—from factory floor processes to large-scale construction sites—meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Devises inspection, testing and evaluation methods for bought-in materials, components, semi-finished and finished products; 
Develop and implement detailed workflow charts for individual departments;
Experience in Cleaning and Removal for Building Handover Projects;
Manage the multi-stage removal of dust, debris, and protective coverings across large-scale [residential/commercial] projects, ensuring no damage to final finishes or fixtures;
Identify surface defects, scratches, or installation errors during the cleaning process, allowing us to rectify issues before the final client walkthrough;
Brief project teams, contractors, and suppliers; hire and supervise site staff;
Assemble all necessary documentation and data for final project invoicing;
Prepares plan of sequence of operations and completion dates for each phase of production or processing; Oversees effective implementation of adopted processes, schedules and procedures; 
Monitoring production or manufacturing processes, materials, and components to detect quality issues early on;
Collaborating with production, directors, and management teams to suggest and implement solutions, process adjustments, or training necessary to resolve quality issues;
Monitor the effective implementation of adopted schedules to ensure zero downtime;
Continuously audit current operating procedures to identify bottlenecks and implement quality improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduation in Engineering, Business or related fields; 
Proven experience (at least 1 year);
Experience in production engineering, planner or related areas.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,000 per year
