We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always maintained. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver excellent service and maintain smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard in line with menu requirements. Manage and oversee your assigned section of the kitchen. Ensure correct portion control, stock rotation, and minimal food waste. Assist in the development of new dishes and menu planning. Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Supervise and train junior staff or commis chefs as required. Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie Qualification in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or equivalent desirable. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong organisational and communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for food and commitment to delivering high standards.
