Bega Catering Limited is seeking to hire a Restaurant Manager to work at 30 Lana An Bhaile, Craughwell, Galway. Duties include supervising and supporting staff; managing bookings; staff scheduling; customer service; overseeing inventory levels; and conflict resolution. Applicants must at least 5 years’ experience working as a restaurant manager, and a hospitality / business / accounting degree is desirable but not necessary. Salary: €34,000 per annum.
