Role Responsibilities:

- Preparation of food and ingredients to the highest standard.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to be served in a timely manner.
- Set up, organisation, and cleaning of the assigned workstation.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and maintain safety standards.
- Monitor storage of ingredients and food waste.

Candidate Requirements:

- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position. (Mandatory)
- Experience in Chinese and oriental cuisines. (Mandatory)
- Effective communication skills in a busy kitchen environment. (Mandatory)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese language. (Mandatory)
