Corlin Ventures based at Unit 4 Nci Building, is looking for a skilled and passionate Management consultant to join the Docklands Dental and Institute of Specialist of Cosmetic Dentistry team to work closely with leadership teams to identify organizational inefficiencies, develop growth strategies, and implement data-driven solutions. This role requires a blend of sharp analytical skills, persuasive communication, and the agility to jump between different industries and challenges. You will be often dealing with "Doctor-Owners" who are emotionally invested in their practice. Success requires a soft touch—balancing the cold logic of a balance sheet with the warm reality of a patient-centric healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assesses the functions, objectives and requirements of the organisation seeking advice;
Identifies problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods and markets;
Runs workshops, and addresses seminars, conferences and the media to present results of research activity or to express professional views;
Develop comprehensive "roadmaps" for change, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments;
Understanding the client’s context and defining the problem statement;
Audit billing processes, insurance claim submission workflows, and patient co-pay collection strategies to minimize overhead;
Analyze "seconds per procedure" and operatory turnover times to maximize daily production without compromising patient care;
Evaluate marketing ROI and "re-care" systems to ensure the patient pipeline remains full;
Coach front-desk and clinical staff on communication scripts to improve Case Acceptance (getting patients to say "yes" to treatment plans);

Qualifications:
Proven experience (1+ years) as a Manager or similar role within the dental industry or Graduation with a focus on Healthcare Administration, Law or related areas;
Understanding of dental coding (CDT codes) and practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft, or Open Dental);
Ability to look at a "Profit & Loss" statement and immediately spot inflated supply costs or underutilized hygiene chairs;
In-depth knowledge of dental treatments, products, and technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
