Med First Supplies Limited is a leading specialized retailer in medical and orthopaedic goods, committed to providing high-quality equipment to healthcare professionals and patients across Ireland. 

Location: Kimmage, Dublin 12
Employment Type: Full-time (39+ hours/week), Permanent Contract 
Salary: €34,000 per annum (commensurate with experience), plus benefits including health insurance and pension contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and distribution of medical and orthopaedic equipment.
Work closely with production, sales, maintenance and purchasing teams to define stock requirements and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Develop stock control, handling and storage policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and specialised storage conditions.
Supervise staff, monitor performance KPIs and costs, and report results and improvement recommendations to management.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in retail, healthcare, or regulated sectors (e.g., medical devices).
Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) and health & safety legislation (e.g., Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Eligibility to work in Ireland or willingness to apply for an Employment Permit (non-EEA candidates welcome).
