As a Food and Beverage restaurant manager you will be expected to support Duty Manager and General Manager in maintaining restaurant and bar excellent reputation and provide Listowel Arms boutique hotel standards of service to all customers in attentive and courteous manner in accordance with current legislation. You will be in charge of food and beverage operations in the kitchen and other food and beverage outlets of the hotel. To organise restaurant and bar in accordance with anticipated daily business. To ensure the restaurant and bar operates under our HACCP, Fire, Health & Safety guidelines. To manage food and beverage equipment, operate POS and ensure training of staff members. To monitor and maintain consistency in providing excellent customer care, customer experience and service. To get outlets ready and monitor work for special events. To supervise staff work on different shifts. Ensure health and safety standards are facilitated. To maintain effective staff roster to suit business demands. To be self-motivated, respectful and professional to set a leading example for employees by their positive attitude and enthusiastic performance. To attend and participate in hotel management meetings when required and to attend training. You must be totally flexible in your position and be required to carry out other tasks as directed by the manager.
