We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing and supplier relationships in a retail environment. The role focuses on ensuring product availability at competitive costs through supplier negotiation, performance monitoring, and supporting strategic decisions on stock and margins.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of retail products, from sourcing to purchase order execution.

Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.

Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent product availability and quality.

Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality standards.

Conduct cost analysis, margin reviews, and spend reporting.

Support stock planning aligned with sales trends and demand forecasts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and commercial guidelines.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier contracts, and product cost data.

Collaborate with merchandising, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize supplier performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.

Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred.

Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience.

Knowledge of pricing structures, margins, and cost control.

Experience managing purchase orders, supplier contracts, and commercial agreements.

Proficiency with ERP systems, purchasing platforms, or inventory management tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Professional-level English communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field.

Relevant industry experience may substitute formal qualifications.
