Company: Great Dublin Capital Limited, trading as Cosmo Location: Unit 6, Second Floor, Western End Rotunda, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie (2 positions available) Cosmo is seeking two experienced and passionate Chefs de Partie to join our dynamic team. If you have a talent for authentic Asian cooking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Asian dishes, specializing in stir-fries and steaming techniques. Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of flavour, quality, and visual presentation. Maintain impeccable hygiene and strict adherence to all HACCP and food safety regulations. Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen service. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a Chef specialising in Asian cuisine. Proven skills in the specified cooking methods. A strong commitment to quality and kitchen safety;ability to work effectively as part of a team. A formal culinary qualification is preferred.
