Wing Kheong Wong t/a Castle View Chinese Restaurant in Macroom, Co. Cork is seeking an experienced full time Chef De Partie to join our team. Duties include preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, monitoring food and waste control and ensuring adherence to HACCP regulations and the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety. Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills.
