Aureol Global Connections is looking for Quantity Surveyors on behalf of King And Moffatt Ireland Limited t/a King & Moffatt Building Services, Attyrory, Carrick-On-Shannon, Leitrim N41 XE89. Ideal candidate will support the commercial management of construction projects from tender through to final account. The role involves reviewing contract and tender documentation, preparing cost plans, valuations, and variations, procuring subcontractor and supplier packages, and reporting on costs monthly in line with Commercial SOPs. The Quantity Surveyor will manage subcontractor payments, track labour hours, review site programmes, attend commercial meetings, maintain document control systems, and ensure all commercial correspondence protects the company’s contractual position while complying with EHSQ policies. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,000-€44,000. Interested applicants should send their CV to info@aureolglobalconnections.com.
