ABC Nursery & Montessori Ltd is seeking a qualified and motivated Early Years Educator (Nursery Teacher – Montessori) to join its early years education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational care in line with Irish early childhood education standards, including the Aistear and Síolta frameworks and Montessori principles. Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate educational activities aligned with early years curricula • Support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children • Observe, monitor, assess, and record children’s progress and development • Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment • Work collaboratively with other early years educators and staff • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s development and wellbeing • Ensure full compliance with Child Protection, Health & Safety, and childcare regulations Requirements • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, Pedagogy, or a related field • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years educational setting • Good level of spoken and written English • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills The annual salary for this position is €36,605.
