Co-ordinate Air/Sea Freight logistics with our expanding Latin American Client base and new Maltese clients, to include: -assessing cost effective carrier options, booking cargo , communications and negotiations with both Irish, Latin American and Maltese service providers. -an in-depth knowledge of agency routines, such as issuing and checking master/ house AWB's -Tracking cargo arrival via online systems/ contact with dispatchers and airlines. -Maintain company data in Excel spreadsheets with integration to our customised logistics software. -Preparation of quotations ,Invoices and accounting closure. -Fostering relationships with customers and suppliers, to include sales planning and market research, analysis of supply chain trends. -Develop efficiency plans for logistics operations. -Integrate with colleagues to achieve work objectives. OTHER REQUIREMENTS -Upper Intermediate English -Fluent Spanish & Maltese -In-Depth Knowledge of Courier Cloud Transportation Management Systems software -Advanced MS Excel skills to include VLookup, Formulas,Pivots,Tables,VBA Macros etc. -Proficiency in MS Word,Powerpoint.
