We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry works on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: *Cutting, shaping and fitting timber and other materials. * Installing structures such as doors, windows, staircases, flooring and formwork. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Repairing and maintaining existing wooden structures. * Using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery safely. * Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. * Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. Requirements: * Minimum 10 years’ relevant carpentry experience. * Proven ability to carry out carpentry work to a high standard. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Good knowledge of health and safety practices. * Strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiative. * Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship (desirable but not essential).
