Minimum 2 years’ demonstrable experience in US GAAP financial reporting for investment funds, with applied knowledge of ASC 946 and related guidance.
Proven experience preparing and reviewing audited US GAAP financial statements for investment fund entities, including full financial statement packs, financial highlights, and accompanying disclosures.
Ability to independently analyse, document, and conclude on complex technical accounting and audit issues arising under US GAAP.
Experience with complex fund structures, including Master-Feeder and multi-entity arrangements and US GAAP consolidation requirements.
Working knowledge of US audit standards and processes, including interaction with US-based or international audit firms.
