Ballyburden Meat Processors Limited is currently seeking General Meat Processing Operatives to join its production team in Ballyburde, Ballincolig, Co. Cork

Key Responsibilities

Process and prepare meat products to specifications
Operate machinery and tools for cutting/portioning
Monitor quality and hygiene standards
Perform line tasks to meet production targets
Maintain safe and clean work environment

Requirements

1–2+ years experience in meat/food processing
Knowledge of food safety/HACCP basics
Ability to work in cold/chilled conditions
Attention to detail and reliability
Physically fit and team player

Salary: €32,691 per year (39 hours a week)
