The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key strategic role in supporting hotel leadership teams across all people‑related matters. This position ensures the hotel attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with Irish employment legislation and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Requirements
Masters in HR
3 Years hands on experience with a HRIS called MITRE Finch TMS
3 Years hands on experience in an Irish Hospitality Setting
1 Years hands on experience working with a Traditional Irish Show
