Analyse end-to-end supply chain performance including demand patterns, procurement cycles, and stock movement.
Develop and maintain advanced inventory reports, stock accuracy dashboards, and replenishment tracking systems.
Monitor supplier performance, purchase order status, lead times, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Identify operational gaps, supply delays, and stock discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
Optimise inventory levels by utilising forecasting models, sales trend analysis, and reorder strategies.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Track and improve KPIs such as inventory turnover, fulfilment accuracy, wastage levels, and processing efficiency.
Support demand planning, forecasting cycles, and sales planning with data-driven insights.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance supply reliability.
Maintain accurate records including vendor master data, pricing lists, product codes, and inventory documents.
Assist in cost control, budgeting inputs, and operational expenditure analysis.
Conduct variance analysis for stock levels, purchase cycles, and operational performance deviations.
Prepare analytical reports, performance summaries, and management presentations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and supply chain policies.
Support automation initiatives, process optimisation, and implementation of new operational systems or tools.
