Job Description AA UNITY FOODS LIMITED T/A The Dosa Spot is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) to join our professional kitchen team for the location of The Dosa Spot, 35 Washington Street, Cork, CORK, T12DHX2 Ireland The successful candidate will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking authentic Indian cuisine to a high standard Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff when required Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen Requirements Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong teamwork and ability to manage the kitchen Terms & Conditions Annual Salary: €37,000 gross Hours: 39 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time, permanent To apply, please send your CV to lavishfoodireland@gmail.com
