Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.



Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Duties: maintenance of kitchen area, sweeping/mopping floors, steam clean or hose out bins as required and emptying bins when full etc. 
To clean all, pots, pans and any other equipment as required and ensure they are stored correctly and neatly. Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order etc. 
Report any maintenance issues to your team leader to work closely with kitchen management team to ensure compliance with all hygiene and health and safety. 
Ensuring storeroom is kept organised. Unloading food deliveries / equipment.
Afternoons and cover mornings for holidays
