Duties may include:

Assisting with cost control and budget tracking on construction and utilities projects

Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors with measurements, take-offs and valuations

Assisting with preparation of cost reports and commercial documentation

Liaising with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors

Supporting procurement activities and invoice verification

Maintaining accurate records and project documentation

Requirements:

Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline

Strong numerical and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Willingness to learn and develop within a commercial team

Good communication skills
