Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of D&E Fitzgerald Limited t/a Fitzgerald Kitchens located at Lugduff, Tinahely, County Wicklow Y14 DE40 to support the commercial management of kitchen and joinery projects. The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost control, budgeting, and overall financial management of kitchen manufacturing and installation projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation, monitoring project costs and variations, evaluating contracts, managing payments, and liaising closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams. The Quantity Surveyor will support commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle and should hold a relevant degree, have at least three years’ experience, good analytical and commercial skills, and ideally experience within construction or manufacturing environments.
