Looking for an experienced Handyman/Gardener to maintain communal residential gardens within a historic square near Cork city. The role involves hands-on garden care alongside general property maintenance. Duties include: ● General garden maintenance and plant care ● Use of lawn mowers and gardening tools ● General handyman and maintenance tasks ● Maintaining communal areas in a safe and tidy condition What we’re looking for: ● Some gardening experience with good plant knowledge ● General maintenance/handyman skills ● Comfortable using lawn mowers and gardening tools ● Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently ● Comfortable working outdoors in a residential setting This role will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes a practical, hands-on approach, who is comfortable taking instruction from the head gardener, while also using their own initiative to recommend planting, pruning, and general gardening maintenance.
