Position: Welder Company Name: Grasstec Limited Location: One Creamery Square, Newtownshandrum, Charleville, Cork, Ireland Salary: €36,605 per year Job type: Fulltime/ Contract Hours per week: 39 hours Email your CV to: dburke@grasstecgroup.com Duties and accountabilities Liaise directly with site management to ensure smooth completion of work. Work to tight deadlines. Complete welding of steel components. Read drawings and set up work area to carry out work safely, in a timely manner and correct to the drawing. Getting production Right First Time. Quantity and quality of work to be of a high standard, free of defects and with attention to detail. Work safely in line with company policy and Health and Safety Standards. Report any issues to management in a timely manner. Attend and complete all required training. Adhere to company safety statement, quality manual, associated procedures, and employee handbook. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and learn new skills. Skills and Experience Required 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role. Ability to work under pressure. Possess a heightened awareness of health and safety.
