Pay: From €18.00 per hour
Caitins is a family run traditional pub on the Ring of Kerry. We pride ourselves on serving great quality bar food using the best of local ingredients. We are a small team who value everyone’s input and enthusiasm. We are currently looking for a Cook for our bar food offering for the coming season.
Your hours will be sociable- 6 evenings out of 7 to include weekend flexibility. Approximately 5-10pm on each evening resulting in minimum 30 hours a week with a degree of flexibility. No very early mornings or late nights!
Preferable skills:
Knowledge of HACCP; Food preparation; Health and Safety rules in the kitchen; Allergen awareness; Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
But mostly we are looking for a common-sense approach with an eagerness to learn.
In return, we will provide training to the right candidate as necessary and a starting rate of €18.00 gross per hour.
